We all go through change including myself. I wouldn't be here today the way I live my life the way I do working with Spirit and my Soul. Our Soul is the foundation of life in learning everything we do and helping us to grow.
It's about recognising who you truly are and not being afraid of change. Don't be afraid of changing directions no matter what it is. It might not be easy to find the inner strength and to have the courage to see things in a new light.
For me, it is about having that courage and belief of what I can do in life overcoming the challenges that I faced. Oh there has been many challenges I can tell you!
If you feel stuck, lost or not sure what is happening, do something different that you normally wouldn't do. You may take a moment reflecting on what you could be doing, or feeling fulfilled in life, or is it the life you really want? Sometimes changing a direction to take can help your own Spirit to be more alive to become the evolving Soul that you truly are.
Starting something small can lead to bigger things. Take a moment and think about all the things that you already have achieved that has lead you to where you are today. BUT, now you sometimes think that you want to do something different, change the way to do things, feel that that there is more to do, or been waiting for something to happen and that you are bored with stuff. Maybe it's time to do something new?
Doing something new can be very empowering or even working on your Soul can shift the energy for you.
If you've been waiting for a sign? Remember you are not alone. Spirit are around us all, they show signs all the time, we just have to open our senses to be aware of them.
