Reiki is the Japanese word for universal life force energy. It was rediscovered in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist scholar, who developed the method into a complete practical healing system. I am a fully qualified Reiki Master, able to heal and/or teach you.

Crystal Healing is a completely natural, alternative therapy that has been known to help people in their everyday life. Crystals absorb, focus, direct and diffuse our energy fields to enable a diseased or out of balance body to find its natural energetic rhythm once again.
